As if the very bling-bling Mercedes Benz SLR isn’t hot or fast enough, specialist tuner Mansory has just given the gorgeous Mercedes Benz SLR a hot new makeover making it even sexier and faster. The very desirable Merc SLR has long adorned garages of the ultra rich fat cats ranging from Saudi royalty to rap stars and the new Renovatio SLR from Mansory, showcased at this year’s Geneva motor show makes it even more desirable. Picture this,the Renovatio’s new high performance compressors, intercoolers, sports air filters and an all new engine management system give the Renovatio 700ps over 626ps of power of the regular version and a earth splitting 880nm of torque making the Renovatio SLR two tenths faster from nought to hundred and give it a top speed of 340kph as compared to the tad slower stock version. And slower, is a very relative term. 340kph is a blur. The already light SLR gets even lighter with a carbon fibre body in the Renovatio and fresh aerodynamic bits like the redesigned side skirts to play cat and mouse with the laws of physics yet again.
